Krystin and Joel Marsh are Omaha natives and creatives. They started their first restaurant, Noli’s Pizzeria, out of their love of New-York-style pizza in 2015, with Ansel’s Pastrami & Bagels opening soon after in 2018 in the former pizzeria location. The key ingredient to their superb pizza and bagels, water, is recreated here locally through a custom filtration system. Noli’s & Ansel’s are named after the couple’s daughter and son. Ansel’s has been recommended by Food & Wine magazine, other national publications, and recognized locally through Best of Omaha and Omaha World-Herald.
Joining the other restaurateurs at The Switch, Ansel’s is now expanding with a late-night menu offering shareable bites that highlight their signature flavors with the ease of classic bar food.
