Krystin & Joel Marsh
Krystin and Joel Marsh are Omaha natives and creatives. They started their first restaurant, Noli’s Pizzeria, out of their love of New-York-style pizza in 2015, with Ansel’s Pastrami & Bagels opening soon after in 2018 in the former pizzeria location. The key ingredient to their superb pizza and bagels, water, is recreated here locally through a custom filtration system. Noli’s & Ansel’s are named after the couple’s daughter and son.
